    Meet The Team

Hi, I'm Cheryl and I'm the founder of Hordle Physiotherapy.

I have over 30 years of experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist and am registered with The Health Professionals Council (HPC). I qualified from The Middlesex Hospital, London in 1984, then worked in London and Salisbury before taking up a post in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

I then worked in the Middle East for 12 years in private practise and had the amazing opportunity to provide some voluntary physiotherapy in a Leprosy hospital in Karachi, Pakistan. I gained a wealth of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports related injuries and Women’s Health work and combined this with an NHS post for 14 years as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist in knees.

I have been working with sports people for many years and have a special interest in Women’s Health. I am an associate member of the Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy Network (POGP) affiliated to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, and enjoy working with women who have pelvic floor muscle disorders.

As a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP), I have been offering acupuncture treatments to my patients for since 2003.

Hi, I'm Hannah Marrion and I'm qualified in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Holistic and Sports Massages and am a member of the Federation of Therapeutic Massage (FHT).

I've been warmly welcomed to Cheryl's practice and work closely with Physiotherapists to fully benefit my clients. I have a keen interest in treating runners of all abilities but equally tailor my treatments for the more elderly clients, or those who prefer a lighter touch and muscle relaxation.
